For over 20 years this Canoe Race has brought out the best in competition, and enjoyment for all ages.

The race is a five-kilometre course. The route consists of a lopsided figure-eight from Princess Point, under the 403, out to Spring Gardens Road. It starts and finishes with a portage and includes an additional 30-metre portage around the carp gate at Cootes Paradise.
